Under the umbrella of the United Nations, a team of drug enforcement agents representing various countries is working together to tide the flow of illegal opium - used for making other illicit drugs such heroin - into the western world, all with the help of the Iranian government and military, Iran where much of the illegal poppy plants supplying the opium are grown. With the Iranians focusing on the supply, the western agents are focusing on the trafficking. Out of an unfortunate circumstance, agents brought onto the case are British ladies man Sam Lincoln and American Coley Jones, who are tasked with following one specific shipment to discover not only the probable route of transportation out of Iran specifically into western Europe, but more importantly who heads that trafficking operation. That unfortunate situation was the brutal murder of one of their colleagues, who they only know by name, but his murder which highlights the danger of the operation. With a unique way developed to identify opium within this one thousand kilogram shipment and as they work on the case which takes them from Tehran to various points in western Europe, a wrench is thrown into the situation with the introduction of a young woman purported to be the wife of the slain agent, which they are pretty sure is a lie.—Huggo
