5-25-77 is much more than a film about Star Wars. It is about the life of one small town kid who is propelled into the life of his dreams. 5-25-77 is one of the most genuine "small town" films and truly captures the lives found in many mid-western towns. The catalyst for the main character is being introduced to an, as-yet-unreleased, film called Star Wars. What is really astounding, is that 5-25-77 is the true story of Patrick Read Johnson. It's a great story and heart felt. Hopefully more films will take to heart the passion found in this film.
