This version only got one DVD master back in 1997. I've done my best to clean it up, but there isn't much you can do with a hard-interlaced, grainy, blocky DVD that's been sped up to 25 fps (which I've corrected) and letterboxed. As for the film itself, it's a classic that's sadly had much of its heart gutted for international markets, being left to die on a budget DVD and never to be seen in HD by the general public. Regardless, I'm releasing this in an attempt to bring the superior Aussie version to a broader audience. Enjoy! |
