The incorruptible District Attorney Joseph Foster is cleaning his city from bad elements and helping the youths to recover with his juvenile center. He is supported by a conservative group of friends, including his beloved wife Martha Foster, Rev. Thomas Garfield and Judge Hobson. Foster wishes to put a powerful crime boss in the prison and promises to do anything to have his accountant bookkeeping, but the rumors tell that they have been burned out.
